This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) applies to all orders placed through ERINA • LINE (“we”, “us”, “our”) via erinaline.com, powered by Shopify. By placing an order, you agree to this Policy along with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund & Return Policy.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- For custom-tailored orders, processing time may vary depending on design and complexity and will be communicated during order confirmation.
- You will receive:
- Order confirmation after purchase
- Shipping confirmation with tracking details once dispatched
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We currently ship within the UAE and GCC region.
- UAE Delivery: Estimated 1–2 business days after preparing the order
- GCC Delivery: Estimated 5–10 business days depending on destination
Please note:
- Custom orders require additional tailoring time before shipping
- Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed
- Delays may occur due to couriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and order details
- All applicable charges will be shown before payment
- Free shipping promotions may be offered occasionally under specific terms
For GCC orders:
- Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import charges, if applicable
4. Delivery Issues
- Incorrect Address: Customers must provide accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Failed Delivery: If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, reshipping will be charged to the customer
- Lost or Damaged Packages:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery at contact@erinaline.com
- Provide supporting evidence (photos/videos)
- We will investigate and resolve as per our Refund & Return Policy
5. Custom Orders (Important)
- Custom-made items are processed only after full confirmation of details
- Production timelines vary and may extend delivery estimates
- Delays due to design approvals or measurement confirmation are not considered shipping delays
6. Geographic Scope
- Shipping is available across the United Arab Emirates and GCC countries
- Shipping outside GCC may not be available at this time
7. Title & Risk of Loss
- Ownership and risk transfer to you once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier
- We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage occurring after dispatch
8. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and will apply to orders placed after the update.
