This Refund & Return Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through ERINA • LINE (“we”, “us”, “our”) via our website erinaline.com, powered by Shopify. By placing an order, you agree to this Policy along with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of our business, which includes custom tailoring and made-to-order clothing:
- Ready-to-wear items only may be eligible for return within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- To qualify, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In original condition with tags and packaging intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Custom-made or tailored items (including altered sizes or personalized designs)
- Items purchased on sale, promotion, or marked as “final sale”
- Items that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Gift cards or non-tangible products
3. Exchanges (If Applicable)
- Exchanges may be considered only for ready-to-wear items, subject to availability.
- Custom orders are not eligible for exchange, unless there is a proven defect or error from our side.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval of the returned item.
5. Return Shipping & Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping fees paid during the original purchase are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@erinaline.com
- Provide clear photos/videos as proof
Upon verification, we will:
- Offer a replacement, alteration, or store credit
- Cover return shipping costs where applicable
7. Custom Orders (Important)
- All custom-tailored orders are made based on the measurements and details you provide
- We are not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements submitted by the customer
- Minor variations in stitching, color, or design are considered part of the custom process and not defects
8. Geographic Scope
- This Policy applies to orders delivered within the UAE and GCC region
- International returns outside GCC may not be accepted
9. Inspection & Approval
- All returned items are subject to inspection
- We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this Policy
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website and will apply to orders placed after the update.
